PAYMENT
a) Payments are to be made within 3 days after notice emails are sent out.

-Normal Mail S$1-S$3.55 (Weight accordingly)
-Registered Mail additional $2.5 applicable (All the mail rate refer to singpost)

- We will NOT BE responsible for packages lost in the delivery.
- We will confirm shipping/handling charges via email before asking you for payment.
- Orders will only be confirmed & processed AFTER payments received.
EXCHENGE/RETURN
- Please understand that all sales are FINAL.
- We will not accept Exchange unless the paid item has major defect eg. Hole on item.
(***Color difference is unable to be avoided during on-line shopping due to different screen displaying. Exchange due to color difference only will not be entertained)
- We will make Refund only if paid item is out of stock.
- Shipping and handling charge imposed for the exchange/refund items will be paid by the customer.
- Exchange will be made only if the item is returned in the unused & original condition.
* Items shall be returned with full and original packaging within THREE days after item received. (include tag, label, packaging bag, shopping bag)
* Items with signs of tampering, washing, altering will not be entertained.
